Worn by the United States Navy (USN) and Marine Corps (USMC). The branch of service insignia (religious program specialist) consists of a black circular device one inch in diameter on which a globe is superimposed over an anchor and a compass rose. It is placed on the left collar point vertically with the ring of the anchor up and the center of the insignia on a line bisecting an angle of the point of the collar.
